Understand the risks. Prioritise the right controls.

A written occupational risk assessment, known in Greece as Γραπτή Εκτίμηση Επαγγελματικού Κινδύνου (ΓΕΕΚ), connects workplace conditions with an organised prevention plan. We review activities, exposures and the people potentially affected, including non-routine work such as maintenance and cleaning. The aim is a usable decision tool that links significant findings to controls, responsibilities and a clear basis for later review.

Support shaped around your workplace

For new and established workplaces, particularly where activities, equipment, layouts or working arrangements have changed since the last assessment.

Common challenges we help address

  • Generic documents that do not reflect how work is performed.
  • Maintenance, contractor and unusual task risks missing from the assessment.
  • Recommended measures without priorities or clearly assigned implementation responsibilities.

What the service includes

  • Site observations and discussion with people who perform the tasks.
  • Identification of hazards and evaluation of the controls already present.
  • Prioritised improvements with attention to prevention at the source.

Clear work. Useful deliverables.

  • A written assessment with scope, assumptions and documented findings.
  • A control action schedule organised by activity or work area.
  • Review guidance linked to changes in conditions and available evidence.

The final scope and deliverables are agreed in your proposal, based on your premises, activities and priorities.

  • Better alignment between briefings, work procedures and technical improvements.

A few useful answers

Can an existing assessment still be used?

We review whether it reflects current work and whether changes or new information affect its conclusions. That review determines which parts need updating or further investigation.

Are exposure measurements included?

The assessment may identify a need for measurements. The sampling scope, method and suitable specialist provider are agreed separately before any measurement work is commissioned.
